Cardiac Imaging
Capital Medical Center offers the latest cardiac imaging technologies. We offer Echocardiography, a noninvasive diagnostic test that allows our physicians to evaluate the status of heart valves and muscles.
Computed Tomography
Our 16 slice helical CT scanner is equipped with 3-D capabilities. This system is extremely fast and produces excellent image quality that can assist doctors with diagnosing cancer, spinal injuries, pediatric conditions and trauma damage.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
A non-invasive and painless procedure, MRI can detect strokes, tumors and other types of disease at an early stage. MRI is also helpful in detecting torn ligaments and herniated spinal discs.
Mammography (ACR Accredited)
All of our mammography services are performed by registered Radiological Technologists, RT(M) who all have specialized training in mammography. Our mammography program meets all of the guidelines set by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Studies
Each procedure is designed to provide your physician with an evaluation of vascular structures including peripheral vessels, head/neck vessels and specialized imaging of the abdomen and abdominal aorta. Highly accurate and cost-effective, these tests are administered by a team of professionals made up of doctors and technologists whose purpose is to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
Nuclear Scan
We have one of the most advanced digital nuclear imaging systems. Our camera and computer system provide detailed, high resolution images, including brain and whole body, in both 360 degrees and planar configurations. This gives the physicians the most accurate information possible on which to base their diagnosis.
Ultrasound
Our state-of-the-art 4D Ultrasound machines can demonstrate even the smallest abnormality. Our ultrasound sonographers are certified by ARDMS and perform common ultrasound exams including Abdomen, OB/GYN, Thyroid, Breast imaging.
Interventional Radiology
Capital Medical Center’s new vascular imaging suite has dramatically expanded treatment capabilities for our patients. Our state-of-the-art Vascular imaging machine helps doctors visualize damaged vessels deep within the body so they can be repaired by using small catheters and stents through a small hole made in the groin. This method of treatment reduces recovery time for the patient and greatly improves quality of life.
