- October 1995 - ER/Registration opened
- May 1997 - Radiation Therapy w/addition of Olympia Radiology
- May 2000 - Parent company, Columbia/HCA became HCA
- November 2005 - Hospital became part of Capella Healthcare
- March 2006 - Interventional Radiology Services opened
