Team Up for the 1st Annual Holiday Food and Toy Drive
Olympia, WA – Capital Medical Center will be holding its 1st Annual Food and Toy Drive starting Monday, November 26th and it will continue through Friday, December 21st. Drop off locations will be set in the main and registration lobbies of Capital Medical Center at 3900 Capital Mall Drive SW. Food donations will benefit the Thurston County Food Bank and the toys will be donated to Toys for Tots, Thurston County.
To amp up their efforts, Capital Medical Center will compete with Olympia Orthopaedic Associates to see who can compile the most donations. They will be encouraging employees, patients, and the community to participate. A highlight of the competition will be that the losing CEO will have to wear the logo of the winning team all day. The winner will be announced on Friday, December 28th.
“Capital Medical Center is excited to participate in this food and toy drive. We believe in giving back to our local communities. Our contributions, leadership, and volunteer efforts help create stronger, healthier places for our patients, friends, and associates to work and live.” states Dana Rice, Chief Operations Officer at Capital Medical Center.
